Dr Bracker's staff was positive in their outlook on treatment, professional in their bedside manner, and offered preffered care as it related to my own meeds. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of oral health attention.

What an amazing team, I had lost a filling and chip the tooth on a Saturday. Called them that next Monday and was seen on Wednesday early morning with a temp repair. Came in the next day for a deep scaling. Appointment set for mid August for permanent filling. Just amazing highly recommend

If you need a cleaning, yearly check ins etc. sure. Knock yourself out. If you need ACTUAL dental work, Find somewhere else. The waits are insane. Like 2 hours sometimes. Id been going there for a ling time, more than 1.5 years and haven’t even gotten to my left side of my jaw because we spent so much time on the other things she did. Loads of money wasted. The staff were nice though! Great hospitality

Dr Bracker and her staff are the best! I now live 6 hours round trip from her office and I make the drive because she is the best! Last night a crown came off (put on by previous dentist 15 years ago) and I texted her. Immediate response and they fit me in today. I am a corrections Nurse and frequently get mandated making it difficult for me to make and keep appointments. Because of this, Dr. Bracker cleaned my teeth for me herself and did a full exam with x-rays so I wouldn’t have to make a second trip any time soon. 🥰 Above and beyond! Highly recommend! Poor on-site communication & dismissed concern about painful/uncomfortable fillings. Experience from 2025 Confession - I've had a number of fillings in my life, so I'm pretty familiar with how they go. When my last dentist left practice I needed to find a new one, so I tried Dr. Brackers office. First impressions - The patient intake was... weird. Lots of pages of mismatched forms to sign and fill out, sometimes repetitively. The language of some informational forms was particularly defensive close to passive aggressive... seemed like patients had complained/sued in the past and the office/Doctor had taken it personally. Staff were kind and general office work was done relatively well. Cleanings & X-rays - These were all pretty much normal & what you'd expect. All done professionally and quite gently, I tend to be sensitive to rough cleanings and was not bothered. Fillings - This was where things broke down, I needed a few fillings as I'd been without a dentist for some time. For both of the sittings I went in for I spent a *lot* of time in the chair. Waiting (20 minutes or so), Getting a first round of topical numbing, which had basically worn off by the time she got back 20is
